  • Monday to Saturday, 09:00–22:00 CET

  • Closed on Sundays and Dutch public holidays

3. Response times

  • General inquiries: within 3–4 business days

  • Billing issues: within 5 business days

  • Urgent issues (e.g., login problems): prioritised same day

4. Scope of support

We provide help with:

  • Account access & login.

  • Course navigation and technical issues.

  • General information about subscriptions.

We do not provide:

  • Personal business coaching outside the chat support included.

  • Legal, tax, or financial advice.
