1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions for digital educational services provided by Anqilab-Academie. Our services consist of recorded online courses (Meta & TikTok advertising), templates, and chat support delivered via the Huddle platform.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Reflection Period)

2.1 In line with EU consumer protection laws, you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
2.2 To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at
[email protected] within the 14-day period.
2.3 Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after we confirm your request.
2.4 If substantial use has already been made of the service (e.g., multiple course modules completed or extensive resources downloaded), we may reasonably reduce or refuse the refund, as permitted by law.

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

3.1 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
3.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid renewal, cancellation must be received at least 24 hours before the start of the next billing cycle.

3.4 After cancellation, access to the courses and support remains active until the end of the prepaid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days after cancellation, except under the 14-day reflection period described in Article 2.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Refunds (where applicable) are processed via the same payment method used for purchase.
4.2 We do not charge fees for refunds, but transaction processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4.3 You will receive written confirmation of your refund request and its outcome.

5. Service Downtime & Extensions

5.1 While we strive for uninterrupted access, temporary downtime may occur (e.g., maintenance, Huddle outages).
5.2 If downtime significantly affects your use of the service, we will extend your access period by at least the equivalent lost time. This extension is the sole remedy for downtime.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available where:

  • You cancel after the 14-day reflection period and the subscription has already renewed.

  • You breach our Terms & Conditions (e.g., account sharing, unlawful use).

  • You request partial refunds for unused portions of an active prepaid period (outside the 14-day period).

7. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel or request a refund, please provide the following:

  • Your full name and email address used for registration.

  • Subscription type (monthly/quarterly/yearly).

  • Proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID or invoice).

  • Reason for cancellation/refund request (optional).

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
